VAEL is the civilization of human will. Born from the remnants of those who refused to let humanity die, they embody endurance, adaptability, and the belief that no matter how far civilization falls, it can rise again. Their strength is their resilience. Their challenge is the internal conflict that comes from a people who value freedom above all.

Endurance. If humanity still exists, hope still exists. VAEL believes that civilization is rebuilt through effort, courage, and the refusal to give up.

KRATH is the civilization of universal logic. Originating beyond Earth, they approach the universe as a system to be understood, optimized, and improved. Their strength is their organization, discipline, and ability to coordinate at scale. Their challenge is a rigidity that struggles with the unpredictable nature of living things.

Optimization. Inefficiency leads to extinction. KRATH believes that civilization's highest duty is to improve, optimize, and eliminate waste in all its forms.
